This professional security camera's WDR feature can be used to provide surveillance of areas that have a wide range of lighting conditions.  For example, if you have an indoor area that you need to watch that has a normal amount of indoor light, but has a large window in its background that has direct sunlight and you need to capture the indoor images as well as the background images, this WDR camera is right for you.

This camera features True WDR when used in HD mode which is much superior to the DWDR you find on cheaper security cameras. Its WDR function reduces glare from different indoor or outdoor lighting.

To top it off, this camera features a 1080P Image Sensor that works with our latest EasyHD DVRs to provide high definition video, or if you are still using an older analog DVR you can the camera has a built-in OSD that allows the signal to be switched to analog resolution video output using a DVR or compatible UTC controller. Even at analog resolution the video you get out of this camera is better than a 700TVL or 1000TVL camera since the image is being captured by a 1080P HD sensor. However, the True WDR feature is unavailable using analog resolution output.

This camera has a day and night feature, where it will automatically switch to black and white mode in low light. This dome camera has the ability to see clearly in low light thanks to Starlight technology. Down to 0.004 Lux the camera see in color in low light, and then it will switch to black and white mode in complete darkness. For nighttime viewing, the camera has 100ft of infrared night vision.

If you are using the camera with an analog DVR, you can expect to see a face with exceptional clarity up to 35ft away when the camera is set at the 13.5mm mark for the highest zoom length, or up to 10ft away at the 108.7 degree angle of view mark at 2.7mm.

If you are using the camera with one of our EasyHD DVRs, the 1080P video will allow digital zoom to recognize faces up to20ft away at a viewing angle of 108.7 degrees, and up to 85ft away at the 13.5mm setting.

The camera is outdoor weather resistant and can be used outdoor or indoors. It can be mounted to a ceiling tile or used with an optional wall mount. Lastly, the camera is vandal and impact resistant to IK10 standard.
